2 Account Register

To play on av77, you must create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time.

• Active mobile number or email address
• Valid payment method details (Mobile Banking, Nagad, or Rocket)

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as multi-accounting.

3 Age Verification

Av77 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to create an account or play any games. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Accepted documents for verification: National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. Verification will be completed within 48 hours of document submission.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on av77 are supported through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals involving a bonus are subject to wagering requirements.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, av77 may request additional documentation or place a hold on the payment.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20x the total bonus amount must be completed.

Weekly Cashback

Cashback is paid at a set rate on net weekly losses. There are no wagering requirements on cashback bonuses — they can be withdrawn directly.

• Bonus offers are only valid within the specified period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Av77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on av77 operate using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. Each game has its own set of rules.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the outcome will be determined based on the system logs.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision shall be considered final.
• If a technical error affecting the outcome of any game is confirmed, av77 reserves the right to void that game.
• In Sports Betting, bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled or postponed.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in hacking

• Creating multiple accounts
• Harassing or threatening other users

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Av77 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• KYC Verification Not Completed
• Suspicious transactions or fraud allegations
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• Long-term inactive accounts

For permanently closed accounts, any valid balance will be returned provided no terms have been violated. However, if the account was closed due to a rule breach, the balance may be forfeited.
